Return Policy

Time window and item condition

Timeline

All return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the delivery date (or the purchase date for in‑store pickup orders, if applicable).

Condition

Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging included. For custom‑printed items, see the “Exceptions” section below.

Return Instructions

Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. After your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and any required reference number (RMA) by email.

Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us when the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or an error on our side. For other eligible returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange (if applicable).

Timeline & Update

Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt of your returned item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

EXCEPTIONS

Custom items, defective or damaged products

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at the details below within seven (7) days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (product and packaging). We will work with you to arrange a replacement, reprint, or refund as appropriate.

Because many items are made‑to‑order, we may not be able to accept returns for non‑defective custom prints where the issue is unrelated to our production (for example, incorrect size selection or an uploaded file that does not match your expectations). If you are unsure, contact us—we will review case by case.
